Dreyer’s Pumpkin Ice Cream

This ice cream starts out very mildly. Your tastebuds seek out pumpkin flavor, but initially all you taste is sugary, milky sweetness. The texture is also slightly gummy at first in this Pumpkin Ice Cream by Dreyer’s.
But be patient! If you let it melt slowly in your mouth, sure enough… this ice cream starts to taste like real pumpkin pie filling! It becomes quite irresistible.
Experiment with texture: try crushing ginger snap cookies on your ice cream, drizzle it with a little caramel, and top it off with whipped cream. You could get away with this as Thanksgiving Day dessert!
Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream is owned by Nestle. Nestle also owns Libby’s pumpkin processing plants and the Libby’s Pumpkin brand.
