Light, puffy, fluffy and sweet.
The sweetness was a personal disappointment. All of Goldy’s other cheeses are savory, and their Pumpkin Cheese hangs out in the fridge with the Gorgonzolas and Manchegos, like they were all part of the same gang. This made me think “Wow!
