Starbucks’ Pumpkin Spice Latte boasts a sprinkling of secret spice on top. Now www.ILovePumpkins.com has uncovered the truth about this secret ingredient. It’s ordinary Pumpkin Pie Spice which is cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves.

You don’t have to go to Bernal Heights to try Mitchell’s Pumpkin Ice Cream. These guys get around town! They distribute their ice cream throughout San Francisco, and on an evening stroll down Union Street, Master P. and I discovered their Pumpkin Ice Cream at my favorite frozen yogurt place.
