Starbucks’ Pumpkin Spice Latte boasts a sprinkling of secret spice on top. Now www.ILovePumpkins.com has uncovered the truth about this secret ingredient. It’s ordinary Pumpkin Pie Spice which is cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves.

Classic pumpkin pies use a mix of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and allspice. Spices are paramount to bringing out the flavor of pumpkins.
